Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked non-returnable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item sent).

Exchanges
